Canton, Oh
Ok here is my question (I read about this somewhere but cant remember where), is it possible to run 8 LNBF's to one receiver using 2 DiSEqC switches and a 22kHz switch?

I am curious on the set up of 12 lnbf's (not that I think I would ever need that many on one receiver).

ok I have another question...the first set up of 8 with the 2 DiSEqC switches and the 22khz switches would NOT work with universal lnbf..Correct? (it figures that would be the case...I have a but load of universals...LOL.

What if you only use one band of the Universal LNBF and set your L.O. to 10600

fortunately lnbf's are not too expensive....I may need to go to some hamfest's this year and see if I can get a box of standard's for 20 or 30 bucks.

Hello

Here is a setup to allow you to get 16 lnbs.

However, if you have a 4 port diseq switch you could get 8.

Remember you don't absolutely have to use multiswitches. You can also do what is on the second graph.
You could also go to 32 lnbs using a 0/12v switch.
