Is there a single tuner dvr?

I just have one coax cable going to my bedroom and there is no easy way to run another one, sO I just need asingle tuner dvr.
 
vlad7, you can use your one cable to connect to any D* dvr. You would just not be able to record anything from the alternate tuner. You would only be able to record the channel you are watching. (just connect the incoming cable to one LNB connection on the receiver)
 
There is a setting that you can choose telling the DVR you only have one cable.
 
Comcast just came out with a new duel tuner dvr box that works on 1 cable and record 2 shows at once

Ramy, I did exactly what you mentioned, works perfectly.
 
I remember reading a post on some forum that had a way to activate the internal destacker in the unit (there is one), but I have to search for it. Hold on.
