Is there an advantage to being one of the first to ask for a 622?

Since I have to work, I doubt I can be on hold for a long period of time in order to arrange for a 622 upgrade. I expect that I'll have to wait until at least April before I even see one. So, will I likely be missing a huge opportunity by waiting a few hours (or even a day or two) before calling for the upgrade?

Also, should I just use the same Dish number (800-333-3474) or is there a special number for upgrades?

Go through the "Add Programming" selection from the voice prompts. I did and I had a 10 SECOND wait time until a human being picked up......

Bonus for an English speaking American on the other end of the phone as well......
