I've actually been looking for that schedule for a while caused I used it before, but I thought the website was itsonsirius.com and that's timetrax so I was lost and couldn't find it...

ItsONSirius.Net is not related to the old ItsONsirius.Com ...

itsonsirius.com did have this in the past but it has been gone for a while now, i have brought this back on my own b/c i was mad XM had like 8 and Sirius had none when people actually do use it.
