He probably doesn't find it informative because he doesn't actually read any of the threads as evidenced by his replies.

(Example: In a thread, it was stated on multiple occasions that one of the problems being researched with the 522 is that, despite the phone line being connected, it isn't calling in and people are being charged the phone line fee. His suggestion: plug in the phone line. Only a person who hadn't read any of the thread would post that suggestion.)
