Is this a Good Starter System? Advice Please!

(Sorry for the cross post on the FTA group for those who follow both!)

I have an opportunity to pick up this system for a very low price (let's just say around the price of a FTA receiver)

Unimesh 10' Perforated Dish - Monterey 35 Satellite receiver w/module
Absolute mint condition from non-smoking environment. Everything including
the dish is in excellent condition, includes ADL feedhorn w/ C/Ku Norsat
LNBs (15 deg C and 0.5 dB Ku) and 18" Von Weise V76-10 actuator w/ neoprene
accordion boot, installed w/ all stainless steel hardware (expensive but
won't rust)

Should I jump on this?

The parts are more than worth it. Any cheap dish that's close to home is worth having.
