I recently switched to E*. I still have my 3 LNB dish on my house. I also still have one extra RG6 cable that runs out to the dish. Would I be able to get the Sunday Ticket should I choose to do that when the Football season begin again with this equipment?

An E* receiver isn't going to give you the NFLST. You need a D* receiver and I think Total Choice package at a minimum to get it.

The 3 LNB dish will allow you to get the NFLST games and those in HD via the SuperFan. Again, I think you still need to subscribe to the Total Choice package at a minimum.

What Proc is saying is you CANNOT only have the ST. You have to subscribe to D* to get the ST.
