WGA West issues penalties in three cases

The WGA West has cleared Jay Leno of violating the guild's strike rules during the 100-day work stoppage in late 2007-early 2008.

He was really careful doing his own jokes without having them written down. All the years he did standup without queue cards came in handy.

He is still a good standup comic and delivers the jokes well. He is a lot more funny than Conan O'Brien. I switched to David Letterman after Leno's show went off the air.
