Several times my Joey when watching a channel, freezes the picture and then displays a black screen. Selecting another channel fixes. I rebooted both my Hopper 3 and Joey, but still happens occasionally. Anyone else get this? Thanks. SJ

Having the same problem. It was happening about every 16 seconds about 40 mins ago. I tried to restart the Joey from the menu and it would not let mitigate it. So had to pull the plug.
Over the last month have seen a lot of these freezes on the 4K Joey only. Last I was watching something and it just crashed and rebooted.
