I was watching the news last week about the earthquake in Chile. Saw a big satellite dish (Not as big as a BUD) with directv logo on it. Guestimate was that it was 3 foot dish. If you lived in south america, could you get North American programing via Directv? I am asking about legal connections; ie, directv knows where you live, provided the programming, etc.
