Just installed ExpressVu need help please

Hi everyone!

I just installed expressvu at 91 degrees and transponder 11 as stated in the installation manual. I get a signal strength of 100%. The problem is that every minute or so I lose my signal for a second or 2 then it comes back. I installed expressvu because I was having the same problem with star choice. My installer has no idea whats wrong. Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated!!!

More info on your set-up. Where are you, dual lnb or signal, dish size, unit, are you using a sw-21 or 44 switch.

I appreciate the help from you guys. The problem was the 5100 receiver. My installer gave me a 2700. I installed it and is working perfectly!
