I just ordered a New HD D* TV install from Rob and his chew at ValueElectronics and wanted to say Thanks for the great service. This a great company to deal with and they will take the time to answer any questions there customers my have. It's also nice to see a company which actually reads the notes attached to an online order. I also have an order in process with VE and the process has been smooth to this point. FWIW, it appears self-installs are still OK with VE, as my installation (complete system, new customer) is such.

VE is a great vendor. I but what I am able from Robert now and I am sick of Ultimate Electronics and their new uncle Mark.
