KNSD NBC HD in San Diego

The guide shows "off air" and I get a black screen w/ Dish banner for ch. 6409 = local 039-00. SD is fine. Anyone know what's going on? Dish alignment is fine. I checked sw version and got up to level 2 in Dish tech support before they told me to wait 2 days. I'd like to watch the golf tournament in HD. Other locals are fine in HD.

According to Bob V of KNSD their digital transmitter is "experiencing a major transmitter failure." He indicates that they hope to have it online as early as Monday AM.
