LCD TV Question

I have purchased a 32 inch Magnavox LCD TV. I am wondering why there seems to be a small light white coming thru on the upper corners. I have called Phillips and they say I should take it back, so I did and I exchanged it and I still see it there. Does anybody know if LCD TV's do this or is it just Magnavox TVs. Any insights would be appreciated.

are you using any kind of set top box with it to receive HD? my old voom box has this problem.

just dish hd box
