Yes, I know I am shouting but I am getting really fed up with this. I have a new android phone. I cannot deactivate the software on the old phone because the link within the app software does not work - it just says 'Server error'. I bought the app direct before it was added to the google store so cannot do it there. I am losing count of the number of emails I have sent to the laughingly named 'support' email address without response. Given this abysmal level of customer care I am certainly not buying the app again. Help!!
