Linkbox 9000i local no audio output

I have a great picture on satellites and Terrestrial but no audio on both.
No audio from SPDIF . (Digital Audio Output)
No audio from HDMI port. (Digital audio/video Output)
No audio from analog output. (Composite Output)
Should I consider this unit useless, junk?

Did you check your remote arrow keys from side to side there's a volume on the 9000 linkbox I just found that on my mine
