Lip Synch Problems Still Evident

I was watching my recording of LOST yesterday and the sound synch problems were so bad! I had to back out of the show and restart it like 3 or 4 times. Luckily Dish DVR resumes at the last place you watched at.

It's much worse on my receiver than 2.05. It's almost unwatchable most of the time!
Why can't they just get this right!?? It's getting frustrating!

Mine seems better as far as sync , but now I get much more audio/video drop-outs .

On regular live tv its not so bad but with recorded tv its just awful.
