lnb for FTA

I recently got as a gift a Twinhan PCI card and a pair of dishes, each one with it's own lnb. I haven't installed neither one or another. I'm new to this satellite business and I want to know if the LNBs will work to get free-to-air channels.

The first LNB came on a 30-inch dish, and it is a Sharp LNBSHP02 BS1H2SP207M. It has two RG-60 connectors. The other came on a 35-inch dish, and it is labelled as Cambridge Industries Universal III AE72 LO9.75/10.60 GHz. It only has one RG-60 connector.

I don't know if they work (I don't see why not, both seems to be in good shape) or if I need to buy new LNB.

In that case, which one will I need?

Both would work. The Cambridge one is a Univeral, so you would have to set the card up as such for a universal LNB

By the way, is it possible to use some kind of multiplexer to use both dishes, each pointed to one individual satellite? If so, how is it called and how much will it cost?

yep. Its called a DiSEqC switch

They have 2x1 and 4x1...most run under $20 (I've seen some simple ones per a couple bucks)
