Local Channels with Winegard G2

Set the G2 up for our RV, but can't get local channels, which means for football season the satellite is useless :=(

Anyone have any hints or tips?

Myrtle Beach is an MPEG4 only DMA, which means all the locals come from one of the HD satellites (99s I believe). That means you will need an HD dish (Slimline) and an HD receiver to get the locals.

if you're close to a bordering market you can try "moving" there?

Yup, they are on the 99 Sat, trn 3
Nothing listed as SD for that market.

I think nearly everyone has one of those. Boston has 1 WINS and Burlington VT has 1 WINS and 2 LOOK for "local" channels.
