Local channels

I have a digital box for local channels. I have the dual dish network receiver.
If I hook the digital box to the ant input on the receiver that is set up at tv1 is there any way I can get the local channels on tv 2? If so how?
I am getting the locals on tv1 just fine.

No. But you can record the show you want to watch on tuner #1 and then play it back immediately on tv2 (if you have a DVR). Or you could subscribe to locals for $5/month.

You do need an OTA antenna, which you didn't mention in your post - but you probably have already.

Split the ota signal off before the Dish receiver, then combine the signal with the rf out going to the second tv. You may have to put digital box near the second tv to avoid problems with the remote

If you run the receiver in single mode you'll get the locals on TV-2. The downside is you have to watch the same channels on both TV's.

If your receiver is a 622 or a 722, you don't need the digital box, BTW.
