I tried to logg in today and pay my bill on line? have they reset passwords or usernames? I cant get in with my logg in and when I try to have them send my info to my email (in case for some reason) i missed typed I get a message saying they dont reconginze my email????

I just logged in w/o any problems. If they don't recognize your e-mail, you will probably have to call customer service.

We had this same problem a couple of weeks ago. Called D* and we got our password reset without any problems. Seems to be working just fine now.
