Looking For A Hopper To Link To

Well the installer has been here for 3.5 hrs. Both hoppers are up and working but both joeys are stuck at looking for a hopper to link to. The Whole Home screen on one of my hoppers sees the other hopper and both joeys so I think the MOCA is ok. How do we link the Joeys?

I'm at the same stage w/ 1 Hopper & 2 Joeys. I ran through the variety of reset/restart procedures found here last night with no luck. Someone suggested checking the hookup at the node/switch box to make sure the right cables are in the right ports. I'll do that tonight before rescheduling Dish for another try.
