Lost Fox and ABC HD with new HR21

I just had an HR21 installed the other day. Tonight I was recording House on Fox and the picture froze during a commercial. The sound was still playing fine but the picture was frozen. I stopped the recording and now Fox is a black screen. I checked my other local HD stations and my ABC affiliate is black as well.

I'm in the Baltimore area. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just my receiver? The regular SD stations are fine at this point.

I reset the receiver and the channels came back. Can't say i'm happy about a situation like this just 2 days into having the new dvr.

How do you reset the receiver?

You can reset the receiver by using the setup menu. In there you will see a option to reset the receiver. Or pull the plug and wait a couple of minutes and then plug it back in.

There is also a red button behind the access card door. But some say you shouldn't use it except in extreme emergencies.
