Lost "Lost" Season Finale

So on my 722, I go to start to watch Lost last night a little after 10pm. Well when I select to start from the beginning....it plays Desperate Housewives! So I select "view" for a live viewing and it is Lost. I try to rewind into the buffer....and it's Desperate Housewives!!! This sucks.

I guess I need to watch it on Hulu.

We had severe weather cut-ins all but preempt Lost here in SW Oklahoma.

You can probably watch it online at the ABC website. I just plug my laptop to my Bravia...but the remote doesn't work to good.

I had this same problem recently with a hockey playoff game. In my case it is related to some phantom Versus channel that shows up as channel 5712 in the recording list but nowhere else.

I actually had this happen 4 times during the Stanley Cup playoffs so I have missed four games now (out of 68 or something like that).

Does anyone know what the deal is with this 'phantom' vs. channel?

My recording worked ok. I kept watching with the fear that I would have one of those "cut off the last few minutes" problems. But it did get everything.

Boy, this season ending sure leaves next season to be wide open to anything.

A show I DVRed on Saturday ended up being one hour of audio over a black screen.
