This probably should be in a different forum and if so feel free to move it. My local NBC affiliate channel 10 WISTV has extremely low audio. I have contacted the engineering dept. for WIS and they blame Dishnetwork. I have contacted the engineering dept. for Dish and they blame WIS. This has been going on for about 5 months that I know of. I can turn the audio up far enough without distortion but look out when I change channels. This has got so aggravating that I have tried not to watch NBC. I have thought about contacting the corporate office for NBC. Does anybody have any other suggestions ?

WE had a similar issue here with our CBS affiliate....It turned out to be a problem the affiliate was having with their transmission to the site that takes the LIL signal and transmits it on a FOC to Dish's uplink facility..My friend across the street here is a manager with Sprint. His site or what he calls a "POP" in Charlotte has all the electronics that belong to Dish that take the signal from each tv station..Dish can only transmit the signal as they receive it..So the problem had to be with the manner in which your local NBC affilate was delivering it to Dish..

WE have the same issue here in Sac. It is on the Sat feed and OTA. Sound is considerably lower than the other channels. On the other hand, our CBS is hot.
