Low Signal Quality Globecast

Signal Quality 15 - 35 on Globecast so several channels I subscribe to are not visible at all. I have dual LNB (purchased from Globecast). Tried moving the dish but didn't help. The is a tree about 500 ft away but I doubt that it is in a way (cannot determine 100% - too far). Quality 20-30 on TP8, othewise lower than 10. Think that the quality changed when installed dual LNB. Is there anything I have to set on the receiver now that I changed the LNBs ?

Double check that your scew is correct.

I would do a factory default and rescan the satellite again!
But sounds like a pointing issue, the Globecast dish are not the best!
