MB TECH DEBUTS FASERWAVE ANTENNA
AT 2006 INTERNATIONAL CES
TO OPEN UP NEW DBS MARKETS

Portable Faserwave Antenna Suited for Indoor, Outdoor and Mobile Use

Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, January 6, 2006 – MB Tech Inc.’s (OTCBB: MBTT) new Faserwave antenna opens up new digital satellite markets special applications, including apartments, condominiums, RVs, marina-docked boats, vacation homes and tailgate parties for example.

Using new proprietary technology, the Faserwave antenna line is cost-efficient, portable and adaptable to moving vehicles. It searches for multiple satellites at a time, automatically configuring itself for easy robotic, self-installation. The antenna has a built-in low noise block down converter (LNB) and works with major DBS systems such as DirecTV (USA), EchoStar (USA), Bell Express (Canada), Sky Life (Korea) and Sky Perfect (Japan).

“With possibilities for use indoors and outdoors, Faserwave opens up the DBS market for apartments and condominium applications,” commented Hanwook Bae, CEO of MB Tech. “With its mobile applications and sleek portable design, it’s a great fit for boats in the marina, RVs and tailgating parties as well.”

“MB Tech pioneered advancements like the dual-horn and tri-horn low noise blocker (LNB) converters, which allow multiple set-top boxes to be connected to a single satellite dish so subscribers can view multiple channels simultaneously on different television monitors. In 2006, we’re launching Faserwave and opening up the DBS market to whole new categories of potential subscribers,” continued Bae.

MB Tech is based in South Korea with a satellite office in Los Angeles. Beyond its current product line, MB Tech also is working on antenna designs incorporating nanotechnology and phased array technology.

Earlier this December, MB Tech signed a share exchange agreement to acquire 55 percent of Metaware Co. Ltd. in exchange for 65,175,000 shares of MB Tech. The closing target date is Jan. 15, 2006, subject to completion of due diligence by the parties' boards of directors. Metaware Co. Ltd. is a digital telecommunications company headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. Metaware is the maker of various digital set-top box solutions and other products for the cable and satellite industry.

Does anyone know how this works? I'm curious as to how it could pull in a satellite signal indoors...

Gain is still way too low for us marginal signal people, but it seems adequate for those in the thick of the footprint.

If anyone went to the MB Tech display at CES could you please comment about what you saw and what you thought of the Faserwave Antenna.
Thanks.
