I need information on the mechanical stops on the act arm. When I installed this 15 years or so ago I hadnt heard of these stops. I was always carefully setting the electronic stops. I looked in the arm control box and saw one mica switch with an adjusting screw and nut. Since there is only one switch how does it set both directions. (does the arm have a switch inside that I cant see) If I am all wet about this, please throw me a towel.
Thanks John

The stopper should have two switches (One for each direction) inside the box where the cable connections are! Two switches with two cams that can be independently set!

Certain other motor drives use a plunger looking device to set the maximum length, and depend upon inner retraction for the minimum limit. (All the way in
is minimum) You then set your electrical limits just inside both parameters.
