Moving to Minneapolis from SE South Dakota. No, for real. Satisfied with Dish and plan to stay with them after the move. Have been frustrated here by local FOX affilitate's refusal to broadcast in HD (or even digital for that matter). Only watch FOX for NFL football, specifically the Vikings. Question whether Minneapolis HD Locals thru Dish will carry home games or will they be blacked out? Thanks for your input.

Can anyone in Minneapolis give me some feedback? I know we haven't had an NFL season since HD locals came into play, but should mirror what was available OTA last year. Thanks again.

all Vikes games are shown locally on Fox 9 because they are sold out for the year. So they should have the games in HD.

I don't have HD so its irrelevant to me. :)

I have watched the Vikes in HD OTA the past 2 years. If you have a VIP receiver, you should be able to see them OTA or via Dish. They look good, but I don't think FOX has as good picture as ABC/ESPN. Of course ABC is done, we'll have to see how NBC dos this year.
