Mirror Charge/Install?

I've checked the excellent Read Me First, but am still confused about "Mirroring".

I'm leasing 2 STB's and paying an ongoing $5/month mirroring charge. What do I get? How will I know if it was set up right during my 4/8 install?

you should pay 9.50 per receiver per month and a 5.00 mirroring fee.What do you mean by what do I get?

The "mirroring" means you pay a 5.00 per month fee to get the programming to the second receiver instead of a full fee for the programming.
