I have older people in my home and they hate the 52.0 remotes for the h3 system what remote does dish have that is better for seniors they are used to the DirecTV regular remotes

You can buy big button aftermarket remotes that have Dish codes built in, or can be programmed.

Depends on how 'friendly' you want. My mom has dementia and got her Amazon product ASIN B002GR1YZ0. You can program it to just change channel up/down one at a time or store in a number of channels they watch and just cycle though those.

I got a 40 off ebay and put the 52 on top of the hopper so I will know where it is when I send them back. I kept the 52 in the bedroom because I never watch TV in there

Get them a 50.0 remote. They just have to push one button and give it a command.
