We are now more than 45 days after my distant waiver request was submitted (using the E* web site) to the local network affiliate with no response to date from the local affiliate. Previous posts here and elsewhere indicate that locals are allowed 45 days to reject a distant waiver request or it would be deemed granted. No sign of the distant, however, and E*'s web site still shows the request as pending. Is there something I need to do to get Dish to activate the distant channel or do I need to sit tight a while longer?
