Movie Sequels...Good, Bad, Should've, Shoudn't Have..

So, a couple nights back, Jim Carlyle rented a movie from Amazon, a sequel to a favorite, ("The Man From Earth") and the sequel was disappointing at best, coloring the main character as a darker person at the movie's end. It also included some incredibly average acting, though the idea OF a sequel was promising....til it was watched. Today we ask you:

WHAT MOVIES HAVE YOU SEEN WHERE THE SEQUEL SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN MADE? (either the original was good and didn't need one, or so BAD it didn't deserve one?)

and/or: WHAT MOVIES DO YOU WISH HAD SEQUELS THAT DON'T?

Mary Ann Besson I personally love every Rocky movie even Rocky 5. Most fans however don't like 5. I love Rocky kicking Tom Gunns butt

Planet of the Apes was an entertaining movie until they made a sequel. And it became worse with each sequel they made IMHO.

Wow. You brought back bad memories. A night when TV was hijacked to watch them.....I was stuck watching. Many moons ago. Single TV family.
