Are the Dish channels acually being broadcasted in Mpeg-4, and are the VOOM channels still being broadcasted in HD-Lite?

As long as they keep it to four stations per transponder, it's doing ok. But, they want to get to 6/tp, and the MPEG-4 encoders aren't good enough to do that yet in real time.
