Need a Little Help........

Good Day Everyone......

I have a question and I'm new to this. I am wondering what I am doing wrong I have a fortec star lifetime ultra receiver and everything seems to be working fine. The problem I am having is I can't get any information on the program guide can any one tell me what I am missing or what I may not have set correctly.

I have read the Users Manual under Program Guide and did what it said yet nuthing fills in the window for information about the station.

Any help would be appricated........

The program guide will not work for FTA programming in North America, welcome to the SatelliteGuys.US forum!

What channels are we talking about?

just wondering PSB, does that mean the EPG works in europe or other regions?

I think it does, they are all set up over there for FTA, the BBC and BSKYB even have a FTA service, but it will not work here : (
