Need help, can't contact Timetrax support

I am so frustrated, I should not have installed the latest version of Recast. It will not run and I can't use any of the previous versions any longer. I have tried to contact them on their website but I get error messages ("Document contains no data") when trying to use the "contact support" links. I am at my wits end.
Someone please help.

Original post deleted, I just read the servers are down. Sorry. BUt this needs to be fixed. This is crazy.
