i have a pansat 2700a with fortec star dish ,coolsat lnb ,and stab usals hh90 motor i cannot get any quality signal on any of the satellites including my true south wich is 0% all the time i did everything by the book , i live in 19116 zip , also have directv that works . can anyone help?

If you think you are close to a satellite try a blind scan, I would remove the motor and try to find/store a few satellites. The motor can be added later.
