Need help

I have a Dish 500 system with two dishes, one for the 61.5 and the other is for the 110 and 119 satellite. When I go to system info using my 311 box all I get is red boxes with white x's through them the 322's seem to work alright.
Can anyone help

try a switch check, if that fails, check your switches, make sure all the cables are tight, and the power inserter is connected (if applicable)

You might want to do a switch check without any cable connected to 311, then hook up cable and do switch check again.

We need a little more info on your system. How is it hooked up. What LNB's and switches do you have. It sounds like you have a 5 TV system, so you must have some switches in the system.
