"Thanks for the response. I have a pansat 3500 and i was left hangin by my supplier that offered support. I'm tryin to get channels from DN and BEll. Could you pleassse help me and what sats and number info i should have them set on in instaallation menu. And what software should I load onto to unit to get started. I know this is not your problem but I would greatly appreciate your help. The triple dtv lnb and diseqc switch, I'm having trouble figuring that one out too."
