Need suggestion on diplexer

Just wondering if anyone can suggest a good diplexer. I need it for combining the dish network and comcast internet. Have only a single cable running into the home and don't have an option to run additional cable. Are there any downsides in using a diplexer?

holland blue labe work but this could pose some issues depending on what dish box you have and what downlink and uplink channels they are using for internet.
