new $19.99 HD fee question

I have looked and didn't see an answer to this, I think I heard $19.99 for the HD package last night on the chat, I currently pay 9.99 for HD and 5.00 for VOOM and this seems like a $5.00 increase unless it includes the DVR fee. Am I wrong?

I don't think that is right. I think it is for the additional channels.

The $19.99 fee is buried in the new DishHD pack's. But I think Charlie said you won't pay the new HD fees until you upgrade your reciever to recieve the new channels.
