New Dish Required for HD Upgrade???

This has probably been covered before, but I couldn't find it.
I currently have a DVR-510 with a superdish in central IL. I would like to upgrade to the 622 HD setup. Is the upgrade just a matter of swapping dvr units or is it more involved than that? It would be nice if I could just swap it out myself.

Yes you will need another dish for HD.
