New Forum: The Merger Zone

We are happy to launch a new forum here at SatelliteGuys called The Merger Zone!

This is the place to discuss the big merger between DIRECTV and DISH.

We noticed that there were a number of discussions in both the DISH and DIRECTV forums, and some of the posts were duplicates between the forums. This will make it easier for everyone to follow and discuss the Merger here on SatelliteGuys, no more bouncing between forums.

In addition if you see any news items out there, feel free to start a new thread and post a link to those articles.

This forum will also help server as a historical timeline of the merger as things progress.

We hope this makes following the merger easier for all of our members and guests.

Ancient Telegraph and Torture is how I refer to them, of all the companies I've dealt with over the years this is the one that it felt the best leaving.

I, too, am most unhappy with them- from when I had cell service from them. Never again.
