New install plan: please check my DishMath

Actually I am canceling and using a renter to set up a new, more advantageous account for the household. This is the plan, please LMK if I am overlooking any fees. Much obliged...

I am going to use the DishStore special, I guess, where they waive activation fees. I'll do the 18 month contract too.

New hardware:
One 722 (in dual mode), on Ethernet

Programming & fees:
AT250 DVR advantage $60
Local channels $5
HD $20
Lease $6
No DVR fee due to DVR Advantage?
No phone line fee due to network connection?
= about $91(-$20 for 6 months, promotion)

Any setup charges for the dish/LNB/switches? (There is a Dish 500 on site which I assume is useless.)

If I put my owned 301 on the account, it would add:
no phone line fee: $5
Extra tuner fee: $5
= +$10 (is this even possible with the new lnb/switches?)

If I added any other new, leased tuner, to the install, it would add:
no phone line fee: $5
Extra tuner fee: $5
Lease fee: $6
= +$16

Am I overlooking any fees or opportunities?

First of all the DVR advantage for $59.99 includes the Locals and DVR Fee. From there, lease another 311 for $5/mo and add DISH HD for $20/mo for a total of $74.99/mo

Do not use your pre-owned 301, let Dishstore lease you a 311 since it will include installation and not cost you anything extra.
