Looks like a good one. IF it really is a 12 footer, that's rare. Go get it!

Could be a great find if you have the space for it and help with disassembly and transport. Hard to tell from picture and not that it can't be repaired but looks like the bottom panel is missing some mesh.

Also missing bottom rim. Parts removed for repair ... or it took a heck of a hit in the past?

I'd make sure the dish was not warped.

You could be right about missing rim although to me it looks more like the tree branches have grown into the dish and are obscuring view of the lower rim. Wish I had space for it.
