Equipment:
Fortec Star Lifetime Classic
SG-2100 motor
76cm winegard dish
QPH-031 Invacom lnbf

I am trying to get it setup for FTA. Zip code is 92173. I believe my true south satellite is Satmex 5? Any information will be helpful. What should the Lnbf be set at? skew, to the right or the left? thanks

32.5N 117.0W

So Satmex5 is your closest satellite.

The motor's latitude is the same as your latitude (33) :)
You would aim the dish just a little off of dead south (at about 167 or so on the compass)

LNB power (frequency) is 10750. Turn it off of "UNI" and to 10750

thank you for the info. i also wanted to verify the "dish angle bracket" setting. is it 30 degrees minus the declination angle?
