New Voom site Not working Right!

I was trying to access my account info to change my billing method and I get an quick error that switches me out on account info or my voom. Is everyone having this same problem.....I basically can;t do anything to my account online.....I wonder if this is a temp. thing or their not going to give us access back until they know if the lights are going out for sure or not.
