Newbie transponder question.

I am trying to get my signal in. I have a 301 system with 2 lnbf's on one cone. There is only 2 connections. One is for 119 the other 110. I have already tried transponder 21, 20, 19, & 18. I have tried the check switches part and it says everything is good. I just need to know if I can use any transponder or is there a specific one?

If you are aiming the dish you always want to use transponder 11 and 12.

You might want to check out this page so that you can determine what you REALLY have in the way of LNBFs. It's important information to have.
