Hopefully, the new guy will have a last name that is easier to figure out how to pronounce simply by looking at it. I mean WTF? Tagliabue? You'd think he was the commisioner of FIFA.

Well she has better experience dealing with "rough" people (IE the UN). She has an awesome public persona and has proven herself to handle difficult situations well. I see no downside to this for the NFL. Plus for the liberals out there keeping score on these things she fills 2 minority slots.
