No Digital Audio On RCA

New RCA HD receiver but no audio from Digital Optical. I've gone through the settings...turned on Digital Audio. Not a peep.

Help me. Somebody help me.

I keep thinking there is something I haven't done somewhere. Before I put it in a box and send it back, I'll like to make sure there is some setting...some thing I have to do that I haven't.

RCA DTC-100 into Onkyo TX-S064

Tried RCA to Digital Optical switch to Onkyo. When I didn't get anything I went directly from RCA to Onkyo. Still nothing.

first problem is DTC 100 is about 5 years out of production and quite probably has internal problems. You can lease a H20 from Directv for $99 and it will be new and gauranteed to work.
